Amarielle Bowtique operates in compliance with North Carolina and federal retail laws. Refund approval is based on the condition and eligibility of returned items. Amarielle Bowtique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customer misuse, or lost return shipments. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy Policies. This policy may be updated at any time to remain in compliance with applicable laws and business practices.

Refund Policy 

At Amarielle Bowtique, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We take great care in the quality and detail of our handmade and curated accessories, and we stand behind our products.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required. For hygiene reasons, bonnets and earrings are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at amariellebowtique@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item. Once reviewed, we will replace the item or issue a full refund as appropriate.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, email amariellebowtique@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your order number, the reason for your request, and a photo if applicable. Once your request is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after seven business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at amariellebowtique@gmail.com for assistance.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Bonnets and jewelry, unless damaged upon arrival
