Amarielle Bowtique strives to ensure all shipping information, rates, and delivery estimates are accurate and up to date. However, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Amarielle Bowtique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Amarielle Bowtique operates in accordance with North Carolina and federal commerce laws
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Once your order is placed at Amarielle’s Bowtique, we will process it within 7-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Ground (U.S.): Estimated delivery time 3–7 business days from ship date.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1–3 business days from ship date.
Shipping times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Regions
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. For international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote (if applicable).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Please note: If the items you order are taxable in North Carolina (or the destination state), the associated shipping charge may also be taxable (see Section 7).
Shipment Notification
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at amariellebowtique@gmail.com with your order number, and we will promptly research the shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, and must be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax & Shipping Charges
If the product you purchase is subject to sales tax in North Carolina (destination-based taxation), the shipping charges associated with that taxable item may also be subject to sales tax.
If you are ordering from out of state, or to a destination where the goods are taxable, you may be subject to tax based on that destination.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
By law in North Carolina (and under federal rules), if we cannot ship your order within the time promised, or within 30 days if no specific time was given, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact us within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the matter.
Returns & Exchanges
For items eligible for return or exchange, please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy (link to policy page). Shipping charges for returns are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
